1. Can you give me a quotation over the phone?Yes there is no need for us to visit your home. Commercial property may require a site visit.

How likely is it you’ll be able to get my stain out?With years of experience and some of the best equipment in the industry, we have high rates of success at stain removal. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will be able to remove every stain, however we will let you know whether we believe we can get a stain out at quotation.

How Long Will My Carpets Take to Dry After Cleaning?After we clean your carpets, you can walk on them right away. However, to allow for optimal drying, we recommend leaving them undisturbed until they are completely dry. Sofas and chairs may feel slightly damp initially, so it's best to avoid sitting on them until they have fully dried. Drying times vary depending on factors such as the type of carpet, fabric, and atmospheric conditions. If fast drying is a priority for you, please mention it when requesting a quote, and we’ll provide a more accurate estimate based on our experience with similar conditions. If we clean your curtains while they’re still hanging, you can use them immediately, but it's better to keep them drawn closed to help the airflow. In most cases, they should be dry by the end of the day. If we’ve placed protective tabs or Styrofoam blocks under your furniture to safeguard the carpet, please leave them in place until your carpet is completely dry to avoid any potential damage.

Should I Move My Furniture Before You Begin Cleaning?For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that you move small, fragile, or valuable items such as lamps, ornaments, and delicate furniture before we arrive. This ensures that nothing gets damaged during the cleaning process. If possible, we will move smaller furniture pieces, such as chairs, sofas, and tables, and return them to their original spots after cleaning. However, if there are large or heavy items, we recommend moving them ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. Our goal is to make the cleaning process as easy and stress-free as possible for you, so if there’s anything we can assist with in terms of moving furniture, don’t hesitate to let us know.
